Below you can read some of the most frequent questions we receive about making booking and also managing existing bookings.

General Booking Enquiries

Can i cancel or make changes after i have booked ?

It is possible to make changes to your booking from manage my booking page. You must give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel your booking or we will not be able to offer you a refund. If you didn’t take out our cancellation protection during the booking process, you will be charged for any changes or cancellations. This will be £15 per room, per night for hotel bookings, or £9.50 for parking. Certain products cannot be amended or cancelled, but this would have been noted in the package information before you booked If you need further help please call 0800 0935478.

Parking Enquiries

Can i book parking for more than one car ?

You can park as many cars as you wish, but each parking booking will need to be made separately. We don’t offer any discounts for multiple bookings.

Must i leave my car keys with the car park ?

Some of our car parks will let you park your own car and keep hold of your keys. Others will either park your car for you or might keep your keys in case they need to move your vehicle for any reason. You should choose the parking package that best suits your needs.

Can i park for longer than ive booked ?

We sell parking in blocks of 4, 8 or 16 days. If you need less parking, you will still need to buy the whole block.

If you’re delayed in coming back from holiday, you will be charged for any additional days’ parking by the car park. If you want to book extra parking through us, you will need to make a new booking for each time you plan to enter the car park.

Ive been charged twice for my parking

If you’ve inserted your debit or credit card into the car park barrier at the wrong time, it is possible that you may have mistakenly been charged again for your booking.

Hotel Enquiries

Can i stay at the hotel the night i return from holiday or as well as the night i fly out

If you’re looking to stay at a hotel on the night you come back from holiday, there is a way to see a list of available hotels that give you this option from our search page. You can book a hotel stay both before and after your holiday, but you will need to make two bookings.

Can i have a cot in my room ?

All of our packages have upgrade options to include extras like evening meals, breakfast, airport lounges and even holiday insurance. When you select a package to book, you’ll be offered all the available upgrades, including dinner, if it is available. You can even add these on after you’ve booked from our manage my booking page.
